Welcome to the home of the dedicated men and women of the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department.  We are committed to meeting the challenges of our diverse community with innovative and proven approaches to law enforcement. 

In light of world events, perhaps our greatest challenge is to maintain citizen confidence in their safety.   Providing a safe environment for all residents, businesses, and visitors of Caldwell County, through responsive, professional, and caring law enforcement remains our top priority.

We will use time-proven methods along with emerging technologies to confront, and bring to justice, those who wish to deny our freedoms.  Regardless of the fears our world will continue to create, we remain steadfast in our obligation to increasing public safety and enhancing the quality of life for everyone.
